Revival!

This year we are pleased to have the Rev. Matt Evans com­ing to preach our revival ser­vices.  Matt is no stranger to Mt. Zion.  He served here as an asso­ciate pas­tor from Sep­tem­ber 1999 through June 2002.  He has also preached revival here before.  Matt, his wife Carey and their two chil­dren, Noah and Han­nah now live in Clay­ton where Matt serves Greater Heights UMC.  Matt is know for MCL — Mad Crazy Love:  The Uncon­di­tion­al Love of Jesus Christ with­out Judg­ment, Guilt or Shame.  Matt loves the peo­ple of Mt. Zion and he loves the Lord and is on fire for him.  Matt want­ed me to make sure every­one knows that dress for revival will be casu­al so come as you are.

Each night we have spe­cial musi­cal guests lined up.  Sun­day night our own Love2Praise will lead us in wor­ship.  I know they will bless your hear­ing.  Mon­day evening Jay Lock­lear will come to lead us in wor­ship.  Jay is an accom­plished and spir­it filled wor­ship leader.  Then Tues­day evening, Tina Kennedy will bring spe­cial music and Wednes­day evening Cindy Ellis will share her musi­cal gifts with us.  So please be in prayer for Matt and all of these who will par­tic­i­pate in wor­ship.  Please come and enjoy this time of spir­i­tu­al renewal.
